We ran the numbers, and as of March 2024, Woodbridge had close to 50,000 square feet of commercial space in development, under construction, or currently vacant. We asked our neighbors what types of businesses are missing from our community that they would support.

Mapping housing and commercial development in Woodbridge

WND works collaboratively with residents to plan the redevelopment of vacant spaces and buildings in the neighborhood. We also actively track private development activities, so residents have a voice in what’s happening in their community.
