We invite you to join us in a gentle fitness art embracing the mind, body and spirit with instructor Marcia Lee. Tai chi ch'uan is an internal Chinese Martial Art. Through movements that are adaptable for all ages and abilities, we learn how to be aware of how we are, what we need, and to relax. We will focus on tai chi basics, so you are welcome to join once or for the whole season!
Please wear loose/comfortable clothing, shoes, and have your water bottle handy for the best experience.
